~The salon will be open for appointments only, walk-ins are temporarily not allowed.
~To book an appointment, please either email or call the salon and provide the following information: Name, contact phone number or email, service required and availability.
~We like to focus on each client while they are in our salon so we won't always be able to answer the phone. leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
~For new colour clients, we will require a consultation prior to your appointment. The consultation can be done over email or in-person. We will contact you before your appointment to organize the consultation. We also require a $25 deposit to reserve the appointment which can be paid during the consultation.
~If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment please contact us to reschedule.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
~We are now feeling comfortable without masks so you can see our smiles once again. If you aren't comfortable without a mask we totally understand, if you wear your mask we will do the same and wear our mask. Our smiles will still show :)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
~We don't have coffee or tea available at the salon but feel free to bring your own and snacks if you get peckish.
~With a lot of people working remotely we totally understand if you have to bring your work with you, we have guest wifi that you can log onto.
TRANSACTIONS:
~The salon will only be accepting cashless payments. We also have the option for etransfer, ask your stylist for details.
